Baked Pork Chimichangas

I did some freezer cooking on Friday with a friend and this was one of the recipes that Jeremy liked the best.

http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Baked-Pork-Chimichangas   I made the meat in my crockpot  with 2 cans of green chilies and 1/4 of chili powder.  Next time I would follow the recipe as is.  I did not add the beans because my lovely husband does not like beans.  It is sad but what can you do. 

I also made Turkey pot pie but did not follow a specific recipe.  We cut up carrots, celery, onion and potatoes cooked in chicken gravy until soft.  Added whatever spices I wanted.  I don't remember what they were.  Then added the cooked Turkey.  Added more gravy.  I think I could have added even  more.  Threw it all in a round pan and topped with a pie crust.  Tasted pretty good.
